I have never used this company's services but I did have an experience with them yesterday while I was at an odd intersection in town. Oncoming traffic is supposed to yield, but there aren't actually any stop signs or lights, so if you pull out, you have to hope they stop. It isn't uncommon for people to never slack up, so I always err on the side of caution and make sure the oncoming vehicle is actually going to stop. Sure enough, the first car or two never slowed down, so I opted not to pull out in front of them, even if I did have the right of way. Personally, I have never seen a white line or letters in the road actually stop a car. After sitting there for 5 or so seconds, I guess the vehicle behind me didn't like the fact that I was hesitant to pull out into oncoming traffic, so they started honking their horn and some white haired old man was waving his arms and screaming like a crazy person. The third oncoming car yields so I pull out. The truck that was honking it's horn sped past me like a mad man. Low and behold, it was a Cahaba Plumbing truck. No idea if it was the owner, or a worker, but I sure wouldn't want that guy in my house.

Had very bad experience. Very unprofessional, when cleaning my main sewer from roots it took them a while to show up, spent half a day, overcharged me, in less than a week it clogged again. Refused to come back. During the conversation told me they give no warranty and "in our business situations like yours happen couple of times every week". Roto-rooter showed up in an hour, took them another hour to fix it, gave warranty for 6 months, charged much less. If you value your time and money - do not use these guys..
