Absolutely amazing service and very kind patient workers. Our car got stuck going uphill in my driveway in melting snow that turned into ice, and our car started sliding backwards while in park. I had to hold the car by the back bumper with my child in it and husband holding the brake to possibly turn the wheel to avoid going down the gully. They came and held the car while I got my son out and to safety. It was so slippery and steep they had trouble not sliding themselves but still figured out a way. They had amazing problem solving skills to get us out of the slippery situation. If your car is ever stuck, call bulldog towing and you will be in good hands. 100/5 star if I could rate them that.

My car broke down on the I-5 near Grants Pass late at night. I had it towed by Bulldog Auto Repair and they were able to assess the problem the next day. The tests showed that the starter was bad. After replacing a bad starter, they discovered that the engine was seized up. There was no fixing it other than a new engine. He also was able to determine why the engine might have seized up: because of a faulty repair by a previous mechanic. Don knew I just wanted to get back on the road, and it didn't sit right with him to charge me full price for a starter job when my car was ultimately toast. He cut the labor in half and was able to knock off another $100 because the car was going to the wreckers. That kind of service is hard to find. He worked hard to get my car operating again, and when there was nothing to be done, he helped me out financially. Integrity is in short supply in business, and Don has plenty of it. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks, Don!
