Bulldog Pool & Tile Cleaning

This company has 3 complaints filed against it in 6 months with the Better Business Bureau since July. Since June, I've requested for them to look at my pool sweeper at least 3-4 times because it hardly moved or didn't move at all during cleaning time. They never did solve the problem. In the end, the owner still denies I even had an issue, even though he never looked at it himself. Their service rep lied on two occasions, stating he fixed it (when he hadn't entered the backyard) and then claimed I denied for hoses to be replaced which was the second lie. In the end, this company never took my request seriously and never solved it. I had All-Bright pools come out and within one day, they found three things that needed to be repaired on the sweeper, the hoses needed to be replaced, some of the valves were in the wrong setting, and they even discovered that we had a small waterfall within the tile lining of our pool. I give Bulldog Pool a one star because that's as good as it gets when you do business with them.

Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service, and they did not care for my pool whatsoever. Never once met the guy who supposedly comes to my house, never cleaned baskets. stopped by for 10 minutes to drop chlorine tabs in the skimmer and left house......never checked pH or chlorine levels!!!!
