An absolute pleasure to do business with. Prompt, courteous and clean. Came out Christmas Eve and found a very dangerous electrical problem. Instead of making us leave the house, he eliminated the danger so we could have Christmas at home. There was no charge for this service and he gave us an estimate for the job. I had an electrical fire in my home at about 2:00am. I must of called about 50 electrical contractors that say "24 hour emergency service" but that term only rings true to Bright Idea's Electric. When I called them an electrician answered the phone and someone was at my home in 20 minutes they made it safe and restored my wireing. this company is the only company that acualy comes out to your home and answers the phone 24 hours a day thank you Bright Ideas and you will have me as a permanant customer...

My husband and I live in an 80 year-old home that was experiencing electrical issues. We thought the entire home needed to be rewired so we called Bright Ideas Electric for an estimate. The technician explained to us that we did not need to tear all the wires out of the walls and replace them; however, we did need a whole house restoration! This company replaced our breaker panel and updated our entire electric service with a new ground system and service cable, they also replaced every receptacle and light switch in our entire home along with new light fixtures inside and out. The job took three days; the technicians are polite and courteous and did an excellent job wile explaining everything that was done to our home. They gave us Out-Standing courtesy and quality at a price that was far less than we were expecting. My husband and I are blind and six months after the work was done are coffeemaker receptacle in the kitchen quit working so I called Bright Ideas Electric, they said wait right there they would be right over. They had installed the new G.F.C.I receptacles in our kitchen. We had forgotten about the reset button on this receptacle; however, they put our hands on the receptacles and showed us how to reset them once again, and told us if we do have any problem to call them and they would be right over. Being a special needs family we were totally impressed with the care and concern demonstrated by this company and will recommend them to all of our friends.

I started working on Christmas lights this morning and my outdoor receptacle did not work. I called Bright Ideas Electric and John told me that they do not like to charge people to come out and push a button to reset a GFCI when the customer can do it their self. John told me to search my utility room and laundry room and find another GFCI receptacle. He told me once I find the tripped receptacle to reset it and my outdoor receptacle would work. Although I got a free diagnosis and repair over the phone and did not pay Bright Ideas Electric any money, I was very pleased to find one ethical electrician who did not want to charge the $300 weakened emergency fee to come out.

i called bright ideas electric for a bid on my basement bathroom wiring and they came out that day.john gave me the option of having a bid or pay by the hour{he said it always comes out cheaper by the hour},the bid was $1,100.00 SO I HAD HIM DO IT BY THE HOUR.the final cost was $550.00.i was thrilled to have such an honest option and will call them in on any future situation.

it was the forth of july and i had a big party planned. the guest was going to show up at around 2:00pm anyway when i woke up in the morning half of my house was without power i spent at least an hour and a half calling electric companys and nobody would come to my house due to the holiday until i called bright ideas electric the came out and fixed my house before my guest even showed up at a very resonable rate if i had to rate bright ideas electric between 1-10 i would give them a 100 thank you bright ideas electric
