The service person was nice the first visit. The company "repaired" a "clogged drain" 1.5 months ago for $80. Suddenly the system quits again a month later! Same issue with water in the drip pan. I find out it is frozen coils causing the water not a clogged drain. Tell the service people they misdiagnosed, but still charge me an $80 service fee for repairing an issue they missed the first time, but wait till the job is done to inform me of this. Plus if there is a leak they want to charge me another $80 to track down the dye and repair the leak. If you ask the company they say no charge on service fees for related issue, but that is a blatant LIE! I already paid 450.00 to this company and if there is a leak at least another $80 service fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like wasting time and money!
