        When the tow truck showed up that I called for Albert jumped out with two bottles of cold water & was absolutely fabulous! He was professional, courteous & more than helpful and absolutely knowledgeable. I was very hesitant at first insisted that I just wanted it towed to my mechanic by the time all was said and done I drove away with my vehicle... thank you again Albert for your fabulous service, I hope that in the future should I need a tow truck again you will be the one that shows up!!!

        Worst Towing Company Ever

        This company picked up our vehicle after an accident in Firestone. By the time they got it to their yard, they had wrecked it. We happed to call 3 days later and were told 3 different stories on what happened to the car. We were also asked what difference it made, the car was totaled. When we went to the yard, they still couldn't decide what had happened and didn't see any reason for our concern. They would not let us have the key to get our stuff out of the car and eventually went to the car and unlocked it. When asked for their insurance information, we were told they had not gotten an accident report yet. It is now 3 weeks later and they still have not contacted us. My suggestion: if you wanted your car damaged, let this company tow it.

        This man is rude and contents of the vehicle were missing once he finally allowed us to get things out the vehicle.
