Boone Septic Tank Service

Absolutely the best septic service I’ve had by far. I’ve had three other companies come out and just tell me I need to spend thousands on a new drain field and never even did any kind of further diagnosing as to why my system wasn’t draining. Boone came and went above and beyond and found my issue very quickly and fixed my problem, and explained how everything works in full detail. I will never use another service again unless it’s Boone septic service. Thank you again for the great service. My family and I are extremely grateful. Looking forward to many years of business with them.

We used this company twice. The first experience was excellent. The worker fixed my septic issue for me and cleaned the septic and cleaned the tank inside the camper. Wonderful. But the second time was horrible/ When I called she said that the son was busy and the father didn't like doing campers. She went ask him he said he would. Came out dug a hole where the pipe is (dont' know why) but never cleaned the inside tank. Within 4 days of cleaning the septic we can't even flush the toilet for the foul odor. I called the company and she told me they don't clean the tanks inside. I explained that the 1st time we didn't have the GOD awful smell and I don't believe he did it properly. She did not apolize but called to let me know they don't do that even through I had someone there to pour water and flush the inside tank. POOR SERVICE> Now I will not call them again. I paid 75 dollars to flush out a 40 gallon tank I think in all aspects they could have done it properly.
