        Loose the weight

        That is just what I have done with help of dr Imboden and staff i made a life style change I n eating lost @ 50 lbs 38 waste
        to 33 bp absolute perfect no retention of extra water weight and ankle swelling that's with minimal exercise and not missing most foods
