Black Bull Towing

Unprofessional bunch of crooks! I was parked in my assigned parking space at the apartments I live at, and my vehicle was towed. Apparently someone stole my parking pass off my windshield prompting black bull to tow my vehicle even though it was in my assigned spot where it is parked every night and day. When informed the apartment manager told me to contact black bull and explain to them of the situation as he would verify the car was not illegally parked when contacted they were extremely rude and disrespectful and could not get off the line fast enough. Very Unprofessional!

they are crooks they towed my car although I live in the apts!!!!! the old ladies at the front are so dang rude when you go pay for your car.

these people are crooks they are not professionals they damaged my bumper on my truck and didn't bother to try to help me get it repaired

On 08/04/14 @ 12:46 came out the hospital and observed that my vehicle was missing from across the street. My wife had parked on Spanish Court Apt parking lot without a vistor permit. She went to there front office and ask whether they had her vehicle towed and they told her "NO". She contacted Mesquite dispatch an reported the car stolen. The Mesquite Dispatch informed her that BLACK BULL TOWING informed them about the tow of my vehicle. My wife went back to the front office of Spanish Court Apts an informed them that Black Bull Towing has our vehicle. She requested a picture of our vehicle since the tow driver must have authority to tow off property. The staff @ Spanish Court Apts started completely lying to us. They couldn't produce a picture or give us information about our vehicle. The Tow Truck operator tow at will without their approval the way they explained. He doesn't put warning stickers or wait 24 hours before towing in visitor parking. My vehicle did make it to Black bull towing until approximately 55 minutes later. So where did the tow operator go? My rims has red paint on them, vehicle have mark on the side (scratches). I paid 293 to get my vehicle back but not like this. I will be taking further action against both parties. I bet they have a good scam going on between the two. Dallas Regional Hospital is across from these apartments, so beware of this area. Money making scam between an Apartment complex & Towing company.

This is the second time this place has towes my car from my own apts. Where I live with no real reason.I was a week behind on rent and had a temp. Tag in my window and towed my car because they said I wasnt parked in a visitors spot when I live here.By the way if u didnt know the manager and this company are one in the same people, now tell me how that can be legal...

This towing company towed my company van from the apartment complex I live in. The van was parked in a legal parking space. Registration and Inspection was up to date; and nothing was broken on it. The parking permit was current and in plain view on the front dash. Then charged me $300 to get it back with no explanation of why it was towed. Yet there are multiple vehicles parked in the parking lot with flat tires; and broken down. These vehicles have not moved in months. But they do not tow them.
