Bigg Daddy's Taxi

We call two weeks to book a taxi for a party.I talked to a very nice person gave them all the info they needed and when the day came they was on time suv was very clean driver was very friendy.we have used there service every weekend since and will continue using there service.

DO NOT USE BIGG DADDY'S TAXI! What a joke. I called a day in advance to make a reservation for a pick up. They called me back to confirm and told me I'd get a text an hour before my pick up time as a reminder. I didn't get a text so I called them and their phone went straight to voicemail. I left a message, sent a text and called a couple more times and never got a response and they never showed. We were stuck, without a ride until another cab company was able to pick up the ball that Big Daddy dropped. I even called the day after to voice my dissatisfaction with this joke of a company and again, straight to voicemail with no call back. Even a simple call back to apologize would have made this situation much better. Stay far away from this one, folks.

Very friendly, courtious, accomidating, best price, informative, knowledgeable, overall amazing. I could go on and on. Not knowing the Royal Oak area, I planned a party. Big Daddy's was awsome. After calling 7 taxi company's I went with Big Daddy's. Due to the fact they did not try to pull one over on me. They were up front from the start. They helped make our night go as planned and helped us as much as possible when it didnt go as planned. Thanks guys for making our night the best it was.
