Big Screen Repair

Do not under any circumstance give this man any of your time or money! He has not shown up to repair our t.v. and we have called him several times and left many messages. He has not returned any of our phone calls. He is a huge scam! Do not call him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 50" Panasonic that was having some problems with the screen going out and thought I would try and find a small company instead of paying so much with a big company but boy was I wrong! I saw this company, Big Screen Repair, and read all of the reviews posted so I figured that I lucked out. I called the number and spoke to a man and set up the appt for the following evening. He seemed very reasonable with his prices and sounded very positive that he could fix it. Unfortunately he never showed up and when I tried to reach him by phone that night he never did answer nor did he return any of my voicemail msgs. I am a little confused because he sounded so eager to help me out. Does this place really exist?!?! All of the reviews on this site made him sound so nice and professional but why I didn't receive that kind of service is a huge mystery! I would not recommend this company!!! They are obviously not reliable or professional! I just wish that I would have seen the latest review from "sam105305" before but he never made it to my house so I guess it was a true blessing in disguise!!

This is not a ligitimate business - this "Jerk" does not have a business license. His so called repair service is a big

scam and he got me for $250.00. He said he fixed the TV and asked if I would pay him in cash after changing the price

for repair several times. Said he would give me a year warranty if I would pay him cash. 2 days after he was at my house the TV started doing the exact same thing. I called him and have been calling him for 3 weeks now and he will not return my call. I checked with the "Yellow Pages AT&T" and they said they don't ask for a "charter #" nor do they

in any way make an attempt to make sure these are ligitimate companies advertising in their book. He is not registered

with the state and I'm sure he's not reporting income to the IRS if he's asking people for cash as he did me. They always say what comes around goes around.

I had a sony 53 inch tv that had gone out. My husband had paid $3500 for it and altho it was a few years old, it had hardly been used and I hated to just put it in the big trash pick up. I called the tv repair guy and he said you are on my way home and he stopped by about 5:30 on Friday the 14th. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I knew he couldn't order the part until Monday, but here it is Tuesday and I am looking at a beautiful picture right now. The price was fair and he spent 2 hours putting it all back together. Very professional but friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone and will only use them from now on. They come right to the house and not many do that or just tell you, it would be cheaper to buy a new tv.

Repaired TV, works great now. I have recommended to several family members & friends. This is a great company with very reasonable rates and stands behind their work. Service like this is hard to come by these days.

Sony 65" would not turn on they fixed the problem and have not had a problem since!!!!!!!

Big Screen repair repaired my Toshiba tv for $50 under the Price quoted by 2 other companies. Tv works great and I will definitely use their service again.

Have 3 yr. old RCA colors were off the was like 3d this company told me over the phone it would cost $250 came out fixed my tv for $ 250 tv looks good i'm happy glad i called them
