Big Guys Moving & Hauling

Their rates are $40 hr higher than Two Men and I can only assume customer service with any other company would be better than this. Multiple items damaged or broken. Busted drywall from moving furniture into new home. Tried to call owner and no return calls. I wanted to discuss with them and they totally ignore after the fact. I would not use them nor refer them to use. Go with someone else! Anyone else!! 1 stat is 1 too many!

They had so much junk in their truck for the move they left a box. They called to let me know but refused to deliver it and have stopped responding and lied many times. Filed a police report and with the bbb they still don't care. DO NOT USE

Prompt, helpful, very experienced movers at an affordable rate. My move took around 8hrs and these guys never lost speed. Best company I've worked with this far and will be calling them for all my future moving needs.

I cannot put into words how helpful these guys were!!! Everything that could go wrong (outside of the movers) went wrong for me during my move! My car broke down as we were leaving the house to take my things to storage, and they did their best to help get my car going (it was over heating), then on our way to my storage my car stopped probably 4-5 more times. Not only were they doing their best to help me, they got out and pushed my car!! Being that we hadn't even reached the highway, there was no way I could drive and had no one to call for help or a ride. These gentlemen gave me a ride to my storage to finish my move. Once there, after business hours, the unit I purchased had a lock on it. Strange!!! I had to call the customer service line, and wait almost another hour for someone to get there and let me into my storage unit, that was actually filled with someone else's things! Stupid U-Haul storage rented an occupied unit to me! Anyways.... The guys that moved me were awesome!! I was stressed to the MAX, felt like breaking down in tears, but they never once complained! They were so supportive and offered may encouraging words! I am sooooooooo happy that I contacted them to help me, and will reccomend them to EVERYONE that is looking for movers!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Never seen a business with so little professionalism.

Gave James $500 to move a vehicle for me. He found some stranger to do the job, who failed to complete it, James kept my $500 and now wont talk to me.

Wouldn't return phone calls, wouldnt answer emails. Now just hangs up on me if I get ahold of him.

Would have gave no stars but it wouldnt let me.

This company is not even worth 1 star. They broke a thermostat off the wall of one of my rental properties. Had to call a heating and air company out since tenant had no heat. There was no heat because Big Guys broke thermostat when they knocked it off wall. Cost me few hundred dollars to have a heating and air company out. I contacted Big Guys to report this incident and the owner hung up on me. Terrible customer service. This company will cost you a lot more than just paying for a mover.
