My call in was greeted properly and a time was set. The tech arrived and was both courteous, prompt, and professional. He found the problem quickly (a bad computer board) and with my " 10% Internet discount"

charged 320.00 .



As there was " no charge for coming out " if work is done, it is only logical to assume that they are going to make it up some way. Thus a part that ranges in price on-line from 75.00 to 100.00 was marked up 200% Now in fairness to the company I made the decision not to do it my self after I was shown what was to be done. Had I did the work myself my cost would have been 60.00 to them and 80.00 for part delivered for a total of 140.00 vs 320.00



The fault here is mine. They did what they said they would do.. However if you are handy and know the part number it might be good to just have them do the DIAG and you do the replacement IF you feel comfortable. IF not then this is a good company. Just giving 3 stars because of high parts markup.

He was quick, efficient, infromative and friendly. The price wasn't to bad for same day service.

very quick respond, fix my washing machine in less than 20 minutes , I was charged $200 for parts and labor plus tax , look up the part price on line , which was a coupler it only cost $4.99, I called the company back to express my dissapoinment, they were professional and explained to me that the retail price of part $30-40 , so that means I paid $160 for labor? they told me "your paying for thier knowledge and expertise" $160 for 20 min of labor? I'm in the wrong business!!! If your coupler breaks do it yourself it very easy!!!!

Told me about fixing my dishwasher. Spent several minutes on the phone with me and told me exactly what to do and where to get it and even who to talk to at the place. Seemed like one of the rare people these days who just wanted to help fix your problem, not gash you for a costly repair.

I had a problem with my dryer They sent out a guy and had the machine repaired in no time, Very reasonable price Very friendly Would highly recommend
