Keith and Ernest from Baxter Moving and Delivery were wonderful to work with. They are both such hard workers! They made moving out of town stress free for me. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them, in town or out of town.

I have had the pleasure of working with Keith Baxter from Baxter Moving and Delivery for my last 3 moves! Honestly, I would not use anyone else! Keith and his staff are so knowledgeable, conscientious and professional. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy! My experience with Baxter moving was very poor. Here is a quick summary of the issues we had.

Keith was always late (including over 6 hours on loading day).

He was unresponsive to phone calls once I paid him a deposit.

Many items were broken, scratched or ripped after the move, and our sectional was left unusable because the frame cracked during the move.

He stopped loading the truck for over two hours in fear that I would not pay him in full after I pointed out the damage to the sectional. However, I never hinted or said anything about not paying him.

He then decided to tell me he wouldn’t take anything but cash, and threatened not to unload the rest of the truck unless I found a way to get him cash. The problem with this is that he didn’t tell me until it was too late for me to go to my local bank and take out a large cash sum because they were closed and I was leaving that night to go from Florida to Georgia. I offered other forms of payment such as credit card, PayPal, etc but he wasn’t willing to work with us. So my Father in-law and I had to leave and go get as much cash from ATMs as we could being that we were out of state.

He pretended to file a claim for the sectional and never returned my calls or texts to follow up with the claim after the move.

He is not a trustworthy person, and communicates very poorly . Those are not good characteristics for someone to have when they have all of your valuables in their possession.
