        Hired Basement Waterproofing Technologies to install full french drain in basement because of constant water leak when it rains. The contract included a lifetime warranty. Two years after installation, the leak was back. BWT initially responded but didn't follow up. Eventually, they stopped responding. They blamed it on us - an animal hole over 6 feet away from the source of the leak - which was unfounded. Another waterproofing company confirmed this. At one point they said the only solution was to tear up the part of the basement that was leaking; we agreed. They then reverted back to blaming us and not responding. We get water and mud in our basement every time it rains.

        We complained to BBB, AG, others, but BWT didn't respond to them either. The lifetime warranty is useless.

        We have had a business exchange with Basement Waterproofing Technologies for the past several years. They are our customers and we are theirs. In both capacities, they have been reliable, courteous, and exceptionally easy to deal with. The job that they did for us was top notch. When we had additional problems in the same area, they came out and fixed them with no questions asked. The customer service that we receive is exceptional!!

        I have had water problems for some time & finally decided to have it fixed professionally. After making several inquiries & follow up recommendations, I have decided to go with BWT because of their excellent satisfaction record & good communication with their clients. The owner (Todd C.) was very professional, never pressured me, and spoke in simple terms so that I was always aware of what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend the company to family or friends.

        Everything sounds good until the contract is signed. As soon as I signed the contract I had issues contacting BWT. My card was charged in full before the work was complete, and I had to withhold / reverse payment in order to get the job completed. I was lied to multiple times during the process, and it was just a big headache. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else!

        I used this company to rectify another companies poorly done job. The service and work quality went far beyond expectations and their priced were very affordable. I would highly recomend Basement Waterproofing Tech to anyone who needs their basement waterproofed!
