Backwoods Pest Service

This is the worst place ever! I have a wasp infestation in my apartment so they were called out to get rid of them. The guy comes in and tells us right off the bat what he CANT DO. THE LIST WAS ENDLESS OF THINGS HE COULDN'T DO! So I asked him one simple question. "Well, what CAN you do?" He snaps at me and yells at me saying he isn't going to do sh*t to my apartment now because I "popped an attitude" with him and tells me to call my f***ing office cause he isn't handling it.

So my roommate runs up to my office and the man LOCKED US OUT OF OUR OWN APARTMENT OFFICE!!! Then when he came out he started yelling at my roommate and my roommates friend with lots of vulgar language!!! I've been trying to reach this company to talk to a manager and they aren't picking up their phones.

This was a very important job because I'm deathly allergic to wasps and this needed to be done, but instead I still have wasps coming in through my vents and the exterminator has disappeared.
