I am so glad I found Joel! Joel was quick to come over to give me a quote that was surprisingly two thirds lower than his competitor's. He was quick to start and completed the job in two days, replacing ceilings in three rooms from water damage. His employees were courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased with the finished product - better than original! Joel is a top notch pro that I would recommend to anyone.

Joel was highly recommended to us by our Real Estate agent, and boy are we glad! We are preparing our house for sale and needed about 15 things repaired/renovated. I called Joel and he answered immediately. Within a couple hours he was at our house, offered wise advice and then offered us in writing all of the things he was going to do and a pleasantly surprising estimate. I explained to him that our needs were time sensitive, and thus he had people starting within a couple of hours...two of his guys even worked until nearly 8 o'clock last night. This morning people were back at 7:30 ready to work again. Everyone has been very courteous, offering me a handshake and their name. They are skilled and professional...and everything is cleaned up as they finish a task. This morning I realized that we had overlooked an item needing to be repaired, and I called Joel, and he said, "don't worry about it, we can do that and I won't charge you." Wow. What a blessing it has been to come across Joel. We HIGHLY recommend him.
