I do not agree with the negative reviews, which are not very recent. The tech was timely and knowledgable. He knew the exact issue with my dryer. The part was ordered that same day. The tech returned within 48 hours with the part and fixed the dryer. My dryer now works perfectly! I have referred them to family and have not heard negative reviews. They have been in the appliance repair business for many years and it shows. I have been using them for years and will continue to use them.

my This company will scam you and lead you on for days and days. They sent a technician to my home on June 30, 2016 to repair a clothes dryer and the tech could not complete the repair because he didn't have all the parts needed. The dryer needed a fuse and a thermostat. He replaced the fuse and bypassed the thermostat and told me he would be back in two days to install the thermostat. I was able to use the dryer, but this does sound like a necessary part. Because I was leaving town the next day, I paid him in full and assumed he would be back as promised. I returned 10 days later to find out that he never returned. I called the company on July 13th and they apologized and promised that someone would be there on the next day. I waited all day and no one showed. The next day Well guess what, NO CALL. I finally got someone on the phone on Tuesday morning as I was leaving town again. Still no show and the same excuse and promises. NO show and NO call. I am now calling Sears.

Watch out for these Scam Artists!
They will take your money, and if you have any problems after that, kiss your money goodbye, and forget about getting any help.
The owner Alex, should be ashamed for lying to his customers. for over 3 months, i was given so many stories and lies about replacing a washer i bought from them and went bad after few weeks. I paid close to $700 for their "service" and ended up buying another new unit.
I filed a complaint with the PA Office of Attorney General & the BBB against these crooks, and waiting for results.

Technician was rude, he did not want to negotiable the price given. Said it wasn't his company so it's not his prices. . Quote was 100$ higher than everyone else I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dishonest business people..rude owner..was reported to Philadelphia Consumer Affairs and to Better Business Bureau. They use zip code 19191 in their invoice and there is NO 19191 in Philadelphia. You will notice they change their ads info to evade detection. Even the reviews were DELETED.

Today December 9, 2014...RUDE and DISHONEST OWNER . The technician came and said total cost labor and materials + tax $139. He said he will order the parts. After a day he (technician) calls to tell me $180 and the owner said no checks but pay in cash. I accepted even I am wondering why sudden change of price. I did not ask him why. After the work I paid him $180 in cash. I use the GE DRYER after 2 days and I found out it is still NOISY. I called them and the technician said he will come between 11am-1pm. I've waited and no one shows. I called and the owner is in the line. His voice is angry and told me he cannot understand me. He said the technician cannot come since the materials has not arrived yet. There I see dishonesty from this people. The technician NEVER shows me the old parts that was replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY $$$ AND MY DRYER HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN 2 WEEKS...THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL, THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER TO MY PHONE # . I PAID $137.00 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY CAME OUT RANDOMLY, UNSCHEDULED SO THEY COULD SAY THEY ATTEMPTED A VISIT, THE VISIT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY; THEY CAME WHEN I WAS AT WORK AND LEFT A STICKER OM MY DOOR. SMH. MY NEXT STEP IS CONTACTING MY LAWYER, THIS WAS HIGHWAY ROBBERY WITHOUT A GUN.
