At Your Service

My friends booked a limo with At Your Service LLC in February for their wedding in October. They were required to pay the company up front. It cost them $430.00. On the day of the wedding the limo service was to pick up the wedding party and drive them from the location of the wedding to the reception hall. They failed to show up even though the bride had spoken with the driver that day and confirmed the pick up time and location. On the day of the wedding, after the scheduled pick up time, several phone calls were made to the owner of the company. He refused to pick up the phone or return our phone calls. Three voice mail messages were left on his phone. It has been several days since the wedding and the owner of the company has still failed to call the bride and groom. We, in the wedding party, and especially the bride and groom were extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the inability of the owner to take full responsibility for his actions, or should I say lack of action.
