Jim Schreffler came to our rescue when a self-install on a new hot water heater went horribly wrong. Our home was built in 1950, so it is not without issues. As soon as the water heater filled, a pipe burst inside the wall, loosened during the install. Come to find out it was the original galvanized pipe, and clogged from rust and gunk. Jim gave us a free estimate for the re-piping job and came out to do the work the very next day. The work area was left clean, professional looking. His rates were very reasonable considering the top quality work we received. I'm just very happy and will definitely hire him again for future work on this old house of ours. Thank you, Jim!!
