Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I was traveling when I received a message that my air conditioner motor had failed. I called Art and with help from my next door neighbor, the repair was made quickly and professionally.

Gregory P. was knowledgeable and professional. He was speedy fixing my unit, and I know all will be just fine.

Max was amazing! He was friendly, professional and though he had to break the bad news about the cost of my repair, he did it with kindness! He didn't leave my home until he knew all was working perfectly, my questions all answered, and I was happy. GREAT JOB MAX!!

I just wanted to compliment Walt Weyman, Lead Service Technician and his assistant Glen from Art Plumbing & AC on the excellent work on repairing our outside Faucet and inside Ice Majer water line. They were very knowledgeable, professional and went out of their way to replace the complete Ice Maker water line and even replaced and correctly replaced an electrical outlet under our kitchen sink that may have become a fire hazard! Thank you Walt and Glen for a job well done!!! I would highly recommend Art Plumbing & AC because of your excellent work!!!

Max was cordial but I believe that he oversold repair. Replacing a wire for $395 was a low cost option compared to $1100 and another rather expensive option. He then said it was necessary to replace a fuse box for $700, but I had an electrician replace for less than $200. Hope they don't take advantage of seniors.

Had a sewer drain blockage. Called Art and got a fast response. Gene was here within a couple of hours and done very quickly. Good job and reasonable price.

No doubt art plumbing is highly rated. On time, polite, gave choices but unfortunately to expensive for me. I couldn't even go with the lowest estimate. If you can afford it I'd go with them. I'm still living with the problem.

Art Plumbing and AC was extremely responsive to our needs. Our tech Donnie came to our home at a time that was convenient for us, and explained our options for resolving our heating issue. He then installed new heating units the next day, again at a time which was convenient for us. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we spoke with on the phone from Art's was as well. We will absolutely use them in the future and recommend to our friends.

Kevin Lugo was a great tech and friendly. He explained with detail what he was doing as well as pricing. Great service!

I did not think of calling anyone else when it came time to replace the AC unit in my home. Art Plumbing and AC has always given me excellent service as well as customer service. I was having a house full of people for the holidays and they did everything possible (and succeeded at it) to get the new unit installed in as well as up and

running. No one likes having to purchase a new AC unit, but when you do, go to the company like Art Plumbing and AC that has your best interest, instead of only theirs.

Matthew D. came to my house for a service call and did an excellent job! He came out the same night my air conditioning broke and did a great job getting it working again so we didn't sweat all night!

Kevin just finished fixing a little drainage problem the popped up on Christmas Eve. He and his partner, Connor, did a great job keeping us informed along the way, keeping the yard clean and ensuring everything worked properly afterward. We will call Kevin back next time we need help.

I got plumbing service done by them 2 weeks ago. So far the plumbing in our house as been working great. I'm not sure how it got messed up but they were able to fix it. Definitely worth the price.

Thank you Bryan for continuing your excellent care of my Air Conditioning System - bought six years ago and never a problem. It also has lowered my FPL bill dramatically. Great Service and I am very happy and the cost is very reasonable.

I have used Art Plumbing & A/C for over 10 years for plumbing and A/C work. I was so glad to see Chris came out to take care of the problem with our A/C this past week. He has been key reason why I am so pleased with the company. I had to have my main A/C replaced 2 years ago due to lightning strike & the upstairs unit last year due to age (12 years). Chris was very helpful in guiding me to select the two units to provide maximum efficient coverage & still save me energy costs. My bills are substantially lower each month than in previous years. He coordinated the installation processes and when I had an issue he was key to solving it to my satisfaction with the manufacturer and as a result I remain a very happy customer. Although the issue this past week was minor in nature, Chris not only took care of it but he made a thorough inspection of both units and did a bit of maintenance to take care of a potential problem as well. I know when he is on the job I can relax because he has proven he will resolve it effectively and efficiently. I recommend Chris without hesitation to anyone looking for an A/C solution.
