        Made appointment at 9:41am stop looking for someone to fix my appliance and they cancelled appointment less than a hour before time to be here. Reason for cancellation given was no technician in area.

        LOUSY -HORRIBLE POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY. Made an appointment yesterday evening for 3:00 PM today. At about 12:35 PM today they called and canceled. No offer to reschedule. Not only did I loose everything in my freezer and refrigerator but I also lost a day of work. Now I'm once again looking for a repair man. Nor fridge and the weekend is here. I hope they rot in HELL! This place doesn't even rate 1 star but I can't submit without it!
