I have been using this company for 5 years and have never experienced and problems and have only positive to say. Already recommended to friends and family several times and they have experienced very professional honest work.

I had called them out to repair my Refrigerator that suddenly stopped cooling.They told me how important it is to come out right away as hundreds of dollars of groceries will go bad. They were nice enough to squeeze me their busy schedule. And an hour later they were at my house. They did a Wonderfull job and even cleaned my coils for FREE! And only charged me $ 127.45 for the whole repair with service call parts and tax. I was extremely pleased ho nice they were and will call them back and will tell all my friends about how well of a job they did and most surprisingly how quickly they came out here.

Dont ever use them. They state they are licensed and bonded but are infact not according to Labor and Industries. The owner had a license in 2006 but has not had one since. The technician came to my house, did not honor the ad price, stole a part on our oven, and then left the oven in pieces on my kitchen floor. The broiler elelment was bad, and that was it. We were forced to replace the oven. Also planted water infront of the fridge claiming my defrost heater was not working. After a second opinion, the fridge was working just fine, and this company is known for pulling crap like this. Completely dissatisfied. WOuld have given zero stars if possible.
