Mario is prompt, professional and friendly. He lets you know exactly what your options are and what is the most affordable. He does not overcharge or suggest things that are not needed just to make a buck like other places often do. I will definately call him again if I need appliance repairs and will recommend him to my friends.

My washing machine died in the middle of a load. I called Appliance 911 they were there in about an hour. He figured out the problem quickly although he didn't have the part in his van he went to get it and was right back to install it. The price was more than fair and Mario the tech was real nice and best of all he expalined everything clearly and completely.

I have never had such good service as I did with Mario and Appliance 911. My coffee maker was down and that's not good. I'm not a happy guy without my coffee. One call to Mario, and problem solved. He came to my house, was totally professional, very likeable and really knows his business. He figured out the problem and I had a hot mug of steamin' Joe in no time flat. In this day and age of service people and contractors who are only interested in how much they can wring out of you, it's really refreshing to find a guy like Mario. His prices are fair and reasonable and he's a very nice person. I highly recommend him if you have any kind of appliance that needs repairs. He's my go to guy for this stuff now.

WOW!!!! Mario is really good at what he does. He diagnosed and fixed my dish machine in an hour. Hes' polite, smart and very knowledgeable about appliances. I never could have figured this out by myself, and almost all of the other places I called were prohibitively expensive.
