They came right away SAME DAY#Very Professional

I always thought Any hours was the best company until my path crossed Nick's, an AC technician. Nick came to our house and the first thing he asked was to pay upfront $500 for him to order a new motor including the installation.
Over the phone, i spoke to Nick as i was not home telling him that i will not pay the full amount before the work being done. Nick finally agreed to half $270.
The next morning Nick came back with the new motor and changed it. In the process, Nick mentioned to us that the whole sytem has to be changed including the furnace for an approximate figure of $9000 as an estimate. Nick mentioned that changing the motor will temporarily fix the issue but not cool the house very well. Nick was supposed to replace the fuse in the process, but not done and the Ac is not even blowing any air at all.
Fustrated, i called their office and was told that Nick will come back. I declined to have Nick at my house again, then the office told me Eric will come after hours between 7 PM and 9 PM. Finally at 9:49PM, I received a call from Eric stating he went over Nick's notes and Nick did the right thing; thus for him to come he is going to charge $190 for after hours.
After explaining the ordeal, Eric apologized and said he will talk to his manager to see if they replace the whole system the $500 may get credited towards the final bill (no promise).
I am done with Any Hours although in the past, they have done my plumbing and electrical work. I also expect my full refund from them and they can come get their motor back. Honesty from the beginning about the whole system would have saved us all time and money.
