This company left a skunk trap set up in Encino and when the client found a trapped skunk in one of the traps on Sunday, July 17, he called them to pick ithe skunk up and the answer machine said that they are on vacation until july 24th.
This poor animal could be dead of thirst and starvation by the 25th!
WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE!
THIS IS JUST PLAIN ANIMAL CRUELTY!
By law, animal trappers have to check their traps every day!
The client called another company ( The Critter Trapper ) to take the animal out of the cage and relocate the animal to a suitable location.

This shows lack of integrity in conducting bussiness and total disregard of trapping rules and regulations.

As the owner of Animal Capture Wildlife Control, I take my business serious and hold myself to very high standards. I am highly recommended by many state and local agencies, including the Pasadena Humane Society. I NEVER hurt the animals and am extremely humane. I am always a phone call away being that my business line forwards to my personal cell phone. As for this incident that a fellow competitor "the critter trapper" is referring to, I was going on vacation and contacted my customer on three separate occasions asking him to close the door on the traps. My customer agreed to do so, I even offered to do this myself. However, since this particular home is gated I was not able to do so at that time. My customer called a few days later with the news of a skunk in the trap. At this time I was already on vacation, and he felt horrible that he forgot to drop the doors. When I returned his call, that same day, to inform him that I had contacted a fellow trapper to remove the skunk, he informed me that he hired "the critter trapper" to remove the skunk. Upon returning I continued my trapping services for this customer. It is unprofessional, unethical, and shows lack of "integrity" to leave negative reviews for competitors.
I called Jeremy and he came out to my house the next day! He was very thorough and we were able to get rid of the 3 raccoons that were destroying my yard.
I highly recommend him!
Jeremy arrived looking and acting very professional. He then gave me tons of animal related info that I had no idea about my home. This guy knows animals!!! Then he went in my attic and removed a family of raccoons. They were soo cute!!! He then sealed the hole the raccoons were getting in. Then he released the mother raccoon up a tree in my front yard and put the babies in a box at the base of the tree, so the mom could take them somewhere else. I watched because I was sceptical the mom wouldn't just run off...Then the mom picked them up one at a time and took them off...Over a two hour period, the raccoons were gone...I was so happy they were out of my house and the babies were still with the mom. Great service and great guy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I had a skunk under my house and Jeremy trapped it the first night. He also sealed up the hole where the skunk was getting in. Also, he did a underfloor inspection and found damage from the skunk and other problems I never knew I had under my home. He was very nice and helpful with eveything.
