He checked my GE refrigerator and told how much the total cost would be for the repair. He had the parts in stock and fixed my fridge as soon as he diagnosed the problem - faulty main electronic control. The price was reasonable. My today's experience makes me feel good to know that there are still honest people left in this busy world.

The staff is really wonderful. I called after I bought a stove that had its oven not working. The woman that answered sounded real old and a thick accent and even put me on hold for 5 minutes after answering the phone. Luckily I was patient, once she came back, she apologized and informed me that there were 2 other calls ahead of mine. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about when I told her that I had an older vintage stove. She told me that it was probably not worth her staff coming by to fix, since the parts are really hard to find. She wanted to save me money from a service visit that may not fix my problem. What she did do though, was give me the phone numbers to two different vintage repair shops. One of those repair shops fixed my oven issues and I could be happier. You don't see that nowadays, that kind of customer service, where they take the time to help you out, even though they are not making any money from it.
