Once a bid is accepted, we will make all of the arrangements to come and remove the shingles from your old roof. Our crews are specially trained to make sure that no damage is done to your plants, shrubs, decks, or other parts of your home. We will also make sure we clean everything up so you won't even know we've been there. The process typically takes 2 days to complete. One day to clean off the old roof and a second day to install the new roof.

Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
Prices for asphalt shingles, the most common type of shingles used here in Utah, will cost between $120 and $140 per square. Doing some simple math, this means the average roof replacement cost can range from $5,000 – $12,000 in total. But in all reality, that is roughly $166 to $400 per year over the life of your roof to ensure everything in your home is protected from the outside elements.
Residential Roof Inspection
Before filing an insurance claim, we recommend having your roof inspected by a roofing professional. A thorough roof inspection may prevent you from filing an unnecessary insurance claim. If your roof sustained damage during a storm, our inspection will provide you the key information you will need to make a decision if a claim is necessary.
