AMC Refinishing

This company repaired a crack in my tub. They put a packing under the tub & told me I could have a party in the tub & it would not crack again. The tub cracked again, so I called them back out, they repaired the crack again, but reglazed the bottom of the tub BEIGE, the tub is WHITE. When I asked them why, they told me that was the color on the original repair paperwork. Maybe it's just me, but who in the world would want a white tub with a beige bottom, shouldn't common sense have played a factor here that maybe the wrong color was written on the original paperwork???There was also bubbles in the new "paint". Needless to say I told them I would not pay for it, they were supposed to come back out & redo it, but I never heard from them again. It was rental property so I just left it alone, but I had a 2 color tub, without a smooth bottom. Needless to say the tub cracked a 3rd time in the same spot & rotted all the wood under the house, so we just replaced it. I am now looking to have another tub reglazed & DEFINITELY NOT calling this company.

I called and he came out the same day . He refinishing my fiberglass bath tub, that had six bad chips in it. He did a great job and I would gladly do business with this

company again. I am a Very Happy Customer.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM FOR MONDAY NO ONE SHOWED OR EVENY CALLED ME, WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT ? I CALLED THE OFFICE 5 TIMES NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE OR CALLED ME BACK ...WITH THAT KIND OF SERVICE I DONT NEED THIS COMPANY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE MORE DEPENDABLE AND CHEAPER ... IF THEY TREAT ALL THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT THEY WONT HAVE MANY TO DEAL WITH....

ARRIVED ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, COUTESOUS,SUPERIOR COATING BEST LOOKING TUB I HAVE EVER HAD DONE. NO IMMATION COATINGS. WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!
