Amazing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Phillip was very professional from the first call I made to him. He calls prior to coming out for the estimate on repairs, and before coming out to do the repairs. I like that he kept me in the loop and followed up with the process. He was in and out but took his time to ensure the repair was done correct.

He is also very accommodating of his customers' quirks -- like, for me, I am highly allergic to scent; so he used a product which would dissipate quickly. Phillip has done both carpet and upholstery cleaning for me, and easily earns those 5 stars!!

Wow, let me just say that I couldn't believe how great my couch and room size rug came out. Our cat had peed on one side of our couch and I thought it was ruined, but now that Phil came and cleaned and deodorized our couch you cannot even tell, I didn't think it was possible but it was and he did it. Our expensive room size rug had a lot of walking tracks and now it is almost like new, both my rug and couch smell so great, I will definitely recommend him to all my friends. I can rely on him to tell me if the carpet is salvageable or not when I acquire a new property. If it is, he cleans it appropriately, if not he will clean the new carpet later after a lease period. First let me state, at my hotel, for the past two years Phil has been our goto carpet guy when jobs are to big for my housekeeping department. I decided to use Phil at my residence due to the fact that he is one of the best in the business. He is always early, his repairs to carpet are done right the first time and his steam cleaning is top notch. Wow! I was impressed...Phil was able to remove a huge spinach strain in my living room. Furthermore, he showed up on time and he didn't charge me extra like some other guys do with add-on fees! I highly recommend using Phil.
