At Always Best Care, we provide an interactive consulting service for seniors as well as the chronically ill who are looking for solutions to their daily care needs. The scope of our services is broad and includes assisted and independent living placement, in-home care, nursing assessments, and case management. Additionally, we consult with our clients on the financial issues surrounding their care needs which include long term care insurance, VA benefits and private pay considerations. Always Best Care of Charlotte is owned by Chuck Lockwood, CPA who is a native of Charlotte and well known volunteer in the local community. Our Agency Director, Debera Shane, has a significant amount of experience in the senior care industry and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Company. Our staff includes four Registered Nurses who have more than 100 years of combined nursing experience and a small army of Certified Nurse Aides licensed in the state of North Carolina. We do not employ unlicensed companion caregivers or “sitters.” We are licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina Department of Health Service Regulation (Facility ID: 101033 License Number: HC4199), are an A+ Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau, and are a member of the Association of Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina. We are proud to say that we have a very satisfied and enthusiastic customer base that accounts for a significant amount of our new client referrals. In short, we have a passion for working with Seniors and the chronically ill that shows through every day, one happy client at a time.
