All Star Towing

I was involved in an accident that required my car to get towed. The next day I went to go pick up my car from the impound lot so that my husband and I could tow it someplace to get fixed. They informed us that the cost to release my car would be $337 to be paid in cash. There was a mysterious "special fee" that was tacked on in the amount of $50 that I still don't know what was for. The car hadn't even been in their impound lot 24 hours and they charged me for two full days of storage. We had to drive to an ATM to get the money, and after giving them $340, the owner pulled out his wallet to pay the difference. Overall, it was bad service and almost literally highway robbery. Use another towing company if you need services.

More like NO STAR TOWING! I had a vehicle towed by All Star Towing, a business obviously associated with Mark's Auto Repair since they share the same phone number, and to say I was taken advantage of would be an understatement! All Star showed up and started hooking up my vehicle, and THEN informed me it would cost $175.00 to tow my vehicle 5 miles! On the way home I asked if I could speak to the owner, Tony Victory. I asked Tony if there was any negotiation on the $175.00 bill, and he told me it wasn't $175, it was $200.00!!! I was appalled! Then he said I had to pay that amount IN CASH and they would not release my vehicle with all my tools and personal effects until I did. The tow driver had to take me to an ATM to get money! Tony said he charged this based on a "contract" he had with the county. Who knew Rutherford County endorsed extortion? They charged me 3 times the normal amount for towing my vehicle, which is textbook extortion. Don't trust these guys! They will only take advantage of you and your wallet!

These people are FANTASTIC. Helpful, kind and just plain nice. Helped me out in a great time of need. I would recommend them to anyone. They were affordable and prompt. The driver Tim was a true southern Gentelman. He helped me unload my dog and belongings to my husbands vehicle. My experience with this company was AWSOME.
