Alan's Appliance Repair

A Family business with honesty and integrity. Very respectful at home for install. Would not leave until install met their satisfaction and standard of perfection. All around very nice people. My ONLY choice for repairs and used appliances.

An hour before the scheduled appointment, Alan called to say he could be there a half hour early. When he got there, he told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and was done and gone in less than half an hour. Also, he and his helper were just plain pleasant. You couldn't ask for more.

The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and had the correct parts with him. The total service call took less than an hour. I got a one-year warranty on the repair and my fridge works great. I want to note that this businessman answered my call immediately and was courteous and reliable - the repair services I called in my neighborhood were not! I have already passed out all of the spare business cards I received to my friends.

It was nice that there was no problem unloading full Fridge...Explained everything, and even though he had to leave and come back with an unexpected part....The price he quoted did not change...A job well done, Thanks



PS: Replace evaperator, Fan Motor and Blade... :-)

He fixed my old refrigerator in no time. He really knew what he was doing. Great service and very friendly.
