Air-Tek

I was very satisfied with their service. I called at 6:42am and they were at my home by 9:15am to fix my unit. The service tech was very friendly and it took less than 15 minutes to make the repair since he had the part in his truck. The pricing was fair and I would recommend them to family and friends.

They sent out a lazy incompentant technician whom overcharged my AC unit with freon.

I asked the "tech" to check the upstairs unit but he would not. The next morning I had condensation leaking from above where the attic unit is.

A "REAL" AC company came out and determined that the coil was dirty and needed cleaning. They also determined that THIS company overcharged my AC when the freon was not low which could harm my AC compressor.

This company refuses to give me a refund for the service call. I have filed a BBB complaint.

STAY AWAY from this company!

This guy is professional, intelligent and "pleasant in all temperatures"! When I called to request service, he asked "Do you want me to come out now?". He is respectful and I just couldn't say enought good things about the service. I will certainly keep the Air-Tek card and call on them again! Thank You Air-Tek!

I received excellent service from Matt when he installed my new system. He made sure to remove all old equipment without making a mess in my home. He took extra steps to ensure cleanliness. I felt that this extra attention to quality service was very important to him and his company. I would definately recommend Air-Tek!
