Mason and his partner were punctual, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and other good adjectives! They repaired three doors in my condo and now we aren't breaking finger nails and shutting children out. All repairs took under two hours and if it lasts as long as he predicts it will be worth every penny. It seemed a little pricey but if I get what I paid for I won't complain!

Mason just left and was so quick, efficient and friendly. I called him at 11 AM and he had an opening the same afternoon. After only 40 minutes, he completed the door, added the handle (which was missing), adjusted for the pet door and made the door better than it ever has been. All I can say is WOW! Thanks!

Mason and his assistant were prompt for their appt. They were professioal, proficient, courteous and cleaned after themselves. The repair saved me over $5000 instead of replacement. Our doors wereote than 20 years old and were almost frozen. They now slide as easy as new. They even fixed the screen door sliders. Would certainly recommend and was very pleased.

The door repair man was just here and did his repair work. He really knew what he was doing and did a great job! The other guy that came Monday was struggling for quite some time to get the outer screen door off and Mason walks up, says hello and the next thing I know he had the screen door off. Made me chuckle. In any case, he spent quite a bit of time trying to save you money from replacing the track. They were on hands and knees trying to shave it down to remove the grooves but it wasn’t going to work so he ended up replacing the worn out Aluminum track with a newer Stainless Steel track that should last much longer. Bottom line is the problem was with the track but the wheels were rusted out and while the door is off it is the right thing to do to replace the wheels also. I signed off on the invoice that he did the job satisfactory. We thank you for getting this done for the house. It was much needed.
