What a bad experience. They came out and installed the new heating and A/C unit with my wife and father-in-law there. When I got home the parts that were agreed on were not all install. I called them to come out and install what I paid for and got the run around for 3 weeks. I threatened them with a law suit before they came back. Now one month later the unit has broken and they don't remember who we are and will not come back to fix it under warranty. Another company came out and said it was going to be a $500 repair and that there were things that were not done right when this was installed, and they could have been the cause of the failure.
