Affordable Chimney & Roofing

I want to have a chimney installed on our newly built house and contacted Afordable Roofing and Chimney. They said they could do it, so I scheduled an appointment for them to come out to my house at 5:00 p.m. to get an estimate. I had to leave work early in order to be home by 5. By 5:30, they hadn't showed, and did not call to say they'd be late. I called them, but only reached their answering machine - I left a message, but still no call back. The next day, I called again. I explained to the man who answered (the same one I had previously spoken to and scheduled the estimate with) who I was. At first he didn't even offer an explanation as to why he didn't show up the previous day - I had to ask - and his response was that he had problems with his truck. He never apologized, but he did agree to come out that same day between 5 and 5:30. Once again, he did not show up, and no phone call. That was 4 days ago, and he still hasn't called. If he's too busy to do my estimate right now, I would have liked him to be honest - not make appointments that he has no intention of keeping. At this point, even if he does call to reschedule, I certainly won't be using his company for my chimney. I imagine it would never get done! They get "0" stars in my book.
