Affordable Appliance Repair

Terrible experience. Homeowner's insurance referred us to this company. They came out to fix a gas leak and instead made it worse! In addition to that, when I called and spoke with the owner, her first response was, "Oh, well, I don't know anything about gas. I don't know anything about appliances. What does the technician say". She proceeded to yell at me and imply that I was being ridiculous when I voiced concerns that they didn't use a gas detector to insure that the repair was done properly. Their method was for the repairman to smell the air and see if it smelled like gas. The guy they sent out had a cold with nose congestion and said out loud, "I can't smell." while trying to sniff around the oven. Now we have to go without an oven/stove even longer because not only was the leak not fixed, it is worse and gas can actually be heard escaping the line. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Had Affordable Appliance out to my house to look at stove...they did a great job, were very clean and prompt. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing appliance repaired.
