Afficient Towing & Recovery

My pregnant wife had her car towed at 11:00 at night when she ran in to my mom's house to pick up our 2 year old and 10 month old girls. She parked in front of the house and within 5 minutes her car was towed. She and my two little girls were left stranded at night and unable to get home. SHe attempted to call the company to at least get her wallet and ID and our child safety seats out of the car but her calls went unanswered. This was a blatantly illegal tow as the signage in the neighborhood does not specify what is illegal parking, there was no complaint made or no police order to remove the vehicle. Whoever the driver was had to have been trolling the neighborhood, near 103rd Ave. and Camelback, seen her park, and immediately towed the car. Their practices are illegal and are being reported to the State Attorney General's Office. If you have an incident with this company, do the same. I called to ask a towing question today and the manager Donna could not answer any questions without interupting me. She was very impolite and rude and got loud with me I felt very herassed by her. What concerned me is she was the manager. I hope this company gets a new manager for the sake of the company. I do not recommend this place you will not get proffessional or customer friendly service but herassed.
