I've been a oxygen patient for over 3 years with this co.They set you up on a regular scedule for delivery.They do a good job if you need supplies on the date set to deliver,But run out of oxygen before the delivery time,They don't get your oxygen to you when you need it I have waited as much as 4 days for them to bring it.I know they have a lot of patients to attend to,But the big problem is a will flat out lie to you.they will say it's on the way,the delivery man called and no one was home,i've got caller ID.they have not called.I'll call as many as 5 times on one order and get 5 different answers.Bad service is expected these days.But lying to a patient is as far down as you can go.You hit bottom.
