I'M NEW TO LAS VEGAS AND HAD BROUGHT A HOME IN THE SUMMERLIN AREA, I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A HOME INSPECTOR AND OF COURSE I NEEDED IT DONE ON A SATURDAY AND EITHER OTHER PLACES WERE CLOSED OR THEY WOULD CHARGE ME 65.00 EXTRA... I CALLED ACE HOME INSPECTIONS AND HE CAME OUT SAME DAY WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. I RECIEVED MY REPORT THROUGH MY EMAIL WITH PICTURES THAT WERE EVEN LABELED... I GOT THE REPORT THE NEXT DAY! HE FOUND EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE HOME. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. I HAD BROUGHT 2 MORE HOUSES AS INVESTMENTS AND THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL GO WITH. HE ALSO GOES OUT TO CENTRAL LAS VEGAS, NOT JUST HENDERSON. WANT A GOOD INSPECTOR AND A REPORT THAT'S ACCURATE GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
