Ace Electrical Service

Ace Electrical Services strives to provide the utmost highest level of customer service to all of our customers. The other customer who reviewed us on this website was not charged because of a problem with our credit card machine. When we discovered this problem, we called the customer. We would never charge a customer without their knowledge. We keep all customer information private. Ace provides the highest level of service possible and will do whatever it takes to make and keep our customers happy.

I used Ace after hearing about them on the radio. The electrician acted like he didn't want to be there but did the job well. The problem i have with them is that they kept my personal credit card information from the service date (january) until JULY. Where they suddenly decided to charge $172-6 months after the fact because of a billing oversight. While perfectly legal since they did perform a service it is incredibly unethical to put a $170 charge through 6 months after the fact without notifying the customer. You can bet I'll find an electrician that has better customer service and doesn't hold sensitive information for half a year! They flat out told me on the telephone that I'm not the only person they've done this to, they have a WHOLE stack of old accounts that they just never got around to billing. They did say they tried to call...they also said they left a message, That's funny bacuse I don't have an answering machine. I confirmed the phone number with them too, so I know they had the right number and the address.
