Ace 1 Taxi

FIRST off I didn't want to give them any stars they deserve Zero and a Thumbs down.I didn't NOT like the service I Received from this company. They are liers and theaves and don't have good customer service. I am visiting from out of state and was charged $20 twice to go to the local store and back to my hotel, when i asked if uber or lyft is in Ohio I was told no they are the only transportation company around here. Also when I asked about making Another stop he said he had to call his "Boss" and get the ok? It seemed fishy and made me feel uncomfortable, why do you need permission as a taxi service? I felt cheated and lied to tracked by an unknown person.When I returned to my hotel and asked about uber I was told they do have drivers out here. ( so I was lied to )and have used uber ever since. A two day store run with them cost me almost $50 and the uber driver only charges $5. They are Crooks and liners and would trust them..I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN AND I FEEL RIPPED OFF

Ill start by saying i tired to support this company and renee however i belive them to be racist. Renee told me she is the only company that hored african american drivers. I assume becausr im African American i was supposed to be impressed. I also got tired of being asked me to sit up front.. Why? They have vans whats the point in having a van if you have your customers sit up front? Then the children being along for the ride is annoying since the chidlren expect you to entertain them. Renee told me the owner of another cab company (previous employees of hers) stole money from a customer and she was being sued for slander which she committed. She asked me for help being as though have a degree in business. Her husband i assume just toom the advice i gave and did it themselves or found a Caucasian person to help them follow through on my suggestions. I only asked for ride credits smh.My last straw was when her one African Amerixan driver told me they made hom sign a contract sayong he wont start his own company. Bad business etjic, bad service with racist undertones. I would suggest any company but them and i use cabs almost daily.

well i recently started riding with this cab i have to say one of the best yet very well priced and very respectful i switched over to this cab company i tried out a few other cabs like all around and all in i recently switched because i was riding with new cab company all in that just opened thinking its worth a shot maybe better deals until i got in the cab one evening with my 6 year old daughter and the guy that was driving with the long white beard was looking in the mirror up my 6 year old daughters skirt i will not use all in taxi ever again glad i made the change to ace number one taxi and i will be going down town to let middletown police department know

My wife and I are former employees of this company and NayNayz taxi. These people, husband and wife lie to their employees, their customers and everyone else who is willing to listen. My wife and I couldn't could not stand the lies and bull anymore so we broke ties with this couple. When they found out we were opening our own company they spread lies about us saying that we were fired for stealing from customers. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They told those lies because they felt intimidated by my wife and I opening our own company. We were not fired, we quit because we were lied to, we were told to charge customers rates that we were

embarrassed of (nickel & diming the customers to death).When my wife and I brought up the concern of bedbugs in the taxis we were lied to again about them going to be exterminated. NEVER HAPPENED! Did not want to stop the taxis from running to take care of this issue, would much rather keep taxis moving and making money. Ace taxi & NayNayz taxi takes their customers money, and in return does nothing to keep customers or employees safe from bedbugs. If this is your idea of professionalism maybe you should get hooked on phonics and possible learn the definition.

If you like being in a car chases than they are for you.the driver was chasing some women around town. I won't use them.

FYI.... Rumor has it that other cab companys in middletown are telling customers that ace has bedbugs. The company saying these things runs in the same town, the same people, the same places. It would seem that if 1 company has them then they all do. I can say this.....ACE#1 TAXI DOES EVERYTHING IN ITS POWER TO PREVENT THIS . ALL VANS ARE SPRAYED SEVERAL TIMES DAILY AND HEAT IS USED TWICE WEEKLY.SO.....NO...WE DONT HAVE THEM AND ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN NOT TO

they are reasonably priced and the drivers are polite and helpful
