Accurate Frame Video

Hired to record a hotel meeting / conference event since we did not have another videographer available. We have been doing this for 10+ years and never had such a bad experience. Showed up in shorts and a t-shirts. Equipment broke down in 30 minutes. Backup equipment was obsolete and still used old tape system. Blamed us for not telling him what to wear. Wanted to charge extra for 24-48 hour video delivery of unedited content. Biggest nightmare ever had to buy the videographer pants, collar shirt, and belt just too look professional. His camera and equipment were not well taken care off. Memory cards, cable etc were stored in food containers. The cameras were stored in plastic shopping bags. Memory cards could only hold 30 minutes of footage. He knew footage would be lost when memory ran out before even showing up or starting to record. Even his attitude was unprofessional. Stay far away from this business. He even threaten us to call our client if we continued to ask for a refund.
