Was going to be a new customer

Iv'e read all the reviews on here. Let me tell you something! I don't care wich carrier you have you will wait on hold,get switched from person to person,and you will get treated like poop! I'm with US.Cellular and have been thinking of switching for all the reasons I have read in these reviews. You will not win with cell companies! They have you under contract and "think" you won't pay the dis connect fee. You will get dropped calls, your internet will not work in all places,and you will be flustrated! You want a cell phone you will pay for it. US Cellular and Verizon are pretty much the biggest carriers with the BEST coverage. You go travel the US with another carrier besides them and see what you get!..........just sayin

I have been with Verizon since they were PrimeCo. I get service literally everywhere. If ever I had a problem I call and they take care of the problem to the best of their ability. I never ask for miracles from any company. As long as you are polite and helpful so will the person on the other line. My husband even said that we will never change companies since we are always traveling and continue to receive service. Thanks for 16 years of wonderful service.

its just a cell phone dont break it dont lose it and you want have to cry to a low paid phone sales person every thing else you can do on line quit bitchin and crying you mite see lifes a littel beter than you think

People dont understand

the thing i dont get is why people complain about people who work in call centers the world is full of mistakes were not robots we dont know why things happen the way they do. So people who are complaining put yourself in our shoes and try to deal with people yelling and calling you names everyday and the funny thing is all were doing is being nice and trying to help you. Take it easy. Have you ever thought that were not perfect. Do you realize we have feelings to. I shrug the rude and inconsiderate people off. So next time you jump to conclusions just remember that half the time were mad and dont stop to think that maybe it was your mistake. Lets make this a better world. :)

I can't find another person that this is happening to; So we will call it believe or not.



For the last 2 years I have been receiving vtext.com messages from all over the USA. I don't know any of these people and verizon don't know why, Their standard answer is change your phone number (which I refuse to do).



My contract is up in Sept. so will be leaving verizon because they don't seem to know how to control their system.



So when you send out a vtext.com message my phone may be picking it up.

buyer beware

I purchased a car charger from the Long Lake and Telegraph (bloomfield Hills) Verizon Wireless store and the next day it broke. Turns out it was a refurbished charger they sold as NEW and the snotty sales manager AMIR informed me that if I was looking for something free, I came to the wrong place. I informed him I only wanted a working unit since he was the same person who rang me up he should remember me. He was very rude, dishonest and I left disgusted. According to Verizon Wireless, that location is a franchise from Wireless Network, and they should still follow policy which is to replace broken items with a working one. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The service is poor, they sell refurbished items packaged in NEW packaging.

After trying to remain civil after going through the first barrage of hurdles talking, pushing buttons etc. being hung up on, talking to people in more than one of our great states just to get a battery. give them a call and see how you fare. To clarify, after finally getting through to someone at store trying to reach, not so bad.

The customer service sucks. I had to go online and get the information I needed to renew my contract. It is is good

thing that I like my verizon service because customer service is terrible at this store. The clerk was too busy doing

her thing to help the customers. I will go to Grand Junction the next time I need something. The store there in GJ

rocks.

I have been made fewer promises by a used car salesman - at least he kept a few!!

Not one single "associate" with this company has ever done what I was promised - never once has a return phone call been made - If I needed to talk to them, I kept calling till someone answered. Dont leave a message, I think that service just sends all messages to the file 13.

horrible customer service.

I am away from home at college and just had my phone stolen the night before thanksgiving break and my 21 hour long drive back home. I went into the sarasota store to get help and a new phone for my trip and was treated horribly. The manager wouldn't even look up from his crossword puzzle to help me and kept saying "nope, call the number" as his sales associate kept waving a pamphlet in my face. I said I would settle for a lower priced model but was just treated poorly and dismissed as worthless. I have been with the company since 2000 but after this treatment I know I will switch carriers. I beg you do not sign with verizon go to another carrier who will treat you as a valued customer not a worthless nuisance that they will just have to bill every month.

Verizon Has No Customer Service

Verizon has 0 customer service. I have been transferred around and promised a call back and resolution for 1 1/2 years. Escalation to their corporate office in Basking Ridge 3 times has resulted in "NO RESPONSE at all". Calls to customer service and management has resulted in many "call disconnects" after I waited on hold for a 1/2 hour OR MORE. Each manager has promised me a call back with status and my phone NEVER rings back. I have placed dozens of calls and each time they act as if it's my first time calling to try and get a resolution to my being overbilled by $624.00.



I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Verizon to anyone.

I love the online yellow pages and especially the call now feature.



Verizon states they are open from 7AM until 10 PM - I have been calling this listed number since 8:00AM this morning and it's now 9:45 - I keep getting the office is closed message. I also called 4 of the local numbers listedand reached a recodring at every one asking me to leave my name and number and and they would call back. Since approximately 8:30 AMwhen I left the first message no one has returned the call.

we bought a verizon phone and were told it would work in wyoming and in aledo,il it barely had signal in aledo and once we moved to wyoming and used it they didn't tell us how to update it and our bill was $300+ for one month and they wouldn't do anything about it so we cancelled. and even that was hard to do they wanted to fight me on that.
