Absolute Security

Please, ifyou ever are considering getting a security system, do not get it through this company. I have had problems with this company from the day they stepped in my house. It is never a good sign when a security company makes this many mistakes. First, when it came to billing, I requested that I receive a payment in the mail and I would mail my payment. Be careful because they ask for a check for a security deposit for installation. Absolute security then took my information off my check and debited my checking account for there payments even though I marked on my contract that I wanted my statements mailed to me. So they illegally took my bamk account number and routing number and debited my account without my consent or acknowledgement. Before this even happened it was a nightmare to get an appointment scheduled and when someone actually came to install it they were 3 hours late. They had schedule my appointment between 12-3 and they came at 6PM. I then had a false alarm where my alarm randomly goes off without it even being on. THe police came to my house and then fined me because my alarm was not registered. Absolute Security took responsibility for this but never reimbursed me for the fine. THey never gave me the paperwork to register my alarm system and acknowledge their mistake but never did anything to rectify it. If you want a security system where they illegally steal your money, irresponsible, lack customer service, good judgement and sloppy so that you do not feel safe and you don't value your house or your safety then make the same mistake I did and sign a 3 year contract with Absolute Security.
