In my opinion, this is the best plumbing company around. I called Rocky with a problem at our house in Vail. He arranged to take care of everything for me the next day. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism of this company.

Rocky pointed out a few problems we weren't aware of. He repaired everything and the prices were very reasonable. In the future, this is the only plumber we'll ever use.

Great service! I had a leak between the water main and the house (blue plastic pipe). AArow Plumbing told me how to make a temporary fix, and then came out and installed a copper line. I've had Rocky back to replace my bathroom fixtures, install my gas stove, and replace my dishwasher. He does excellent work at a fair price — and they have a great website that's easy to use. I highly recommend them.

I never had the need for a plumber until this week. Our shower had started from a slow drip to an almost constant low run. i searched the phone directory and then looked on yellow pages.com. Once I saw the reviews for "the big name guys" and the reviews for Aarow, I gave Aarow a call. They scheduled an appointment to work with my schedule, arrived promtly, fixed the leak and had to contend with my over zealous dogs (17month old & 14 month old labs). They gave me an accurate estimate and finished the work quickly. I will never use anyone else should I have any other problems and I highly reccommend them. Thanks Aarow and Rocky!!!!

Called Aarow Plumbing when I woke up to find my hallway, garage, and laundry room full of water due to a broken water heater. Robert showed up within an hour and took over getting rid of the water and contacting a restoration company. His brother, Rocky, arrived shortly after the restoration company left and he installed the new water heater. I like to support small, local, family run businesses whenever possible. These guys were knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done quickly. I hope I won't have to call them again for awhile but I definitely recommend Aarow Plumbing and feel better knowing that I have good people standing by if I need them.

I’m new in town and have been here about 7 months. So needless to say, when it comes to finding a plumber I’m at the mercy of customer reviews online. What makes this interesting is that although I have a Condo I’m house sitting for my parents this week as they are on vacation, again. It must be nice to be retired. ;-)



I’ll provide a brief description of the problem and how it was resolved.

I came home from work (it was dark out) to find the water was not working. I checked the main valve on the sidewalk where the water meter is located and found it still turned on. I found that the main water valve that feeds the house was turned off. Vandals? Apparently not, the previous owner had installed a T-valve onto the main water line that goes into the house. The T-valve was for the irrigation system in the front yard. Since my parents have bought the house 5 years ago they have landscaped the front and back yards and installed a new irrigation system with timers all controlled from the backyard. The old T-valve was not being used and hasn’t for 5 years. The T-valve had a PVC pipe coming out with an on/off valve on it. Well the PVC pipe broke and was shooting water up in the air. A neighbor turned it off. Thank you neighbor!



I searched the internet for a plumber and found several. I read through the customer comments and decided to call Aarow Plumbing. I left a message early in the morning and was called back promptly. I spoke with Rocky, I explained the situation and he advised me that he can come out and repair it that day. He provided me an arrival window of about an hour as he was coming from across town. (BTW there are no freeways in Tucson. Why? Poor city planning! And there are more pot holes then I have ever seen, even more that Chicago, Detroit and Minneapolis all of which I have lived for work. But I digress) He also provided me with an explanation of how I was going to be billed and an initial estimate.



Rocky showed up on time and repaired the broken T-valve and got the water running. The cost of the repair came in under the estimate. Rocky was able and willing to take the credit card payment from my parents over the phone. I would strongly recommend Rocky and Aarow Plumbing. Rocky was very knowledgeable and has integrity. But most importantly for this review, Rocky and Aarow Plumbing has earned the respect and future business from my father, a retired Air Force officer whose life mottos are integrity, honor and always do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.

We had some "issues" with seals leaking around our toilets and Rocky did an excellent job repairing both toilets .... with efficiency, professionalism and very reasonably priced!! We will never use any other plumbing company that Aarow!

I called Aarow Plumbing at a busy time when pipes all over Tucson were bursting! They came the same day and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Rocky was detailed, friendly, and did excellent work. I highly recommend Aarow Plumbing’s services - I will only use them for my plumbing problems from now on!

My husband and I called Aarow when our pipe split after record cold temperatures in Tucson. They were able to come that same day, even with half of the city looking for plumbers. He showed up and was very friendly and professional. We explained that we would like to learn, and he explained as he worked, which was great for us! The price was very reasonable. We also liked that they are a family business. We will be calling Aarow with any future plumbing needs, and I recommend for anyone else to do the same!

On a day when it seems that all of Tucson needs plumbing repair (record cold temperatures led to widespread pipe damage), AAROW plumbing was able to come out within a short time and complete the repairs. The price was reasonable and I could not have been more happier with the result. I recommend AAROW plumbing without reservation.

I had Aarow Plumbing come out to snake a drain for my washer machine. It's a family owned business and the man who showed up was friendly and knowledgeable, informing me of potential problems with older house's like mine. I could not be happier with the service or the price and will definately use Aarow for any future plumbing problems.

I recently had problems with my water heater. I called Aarow plumbing and Rocky set up an immediate appointment and they even arrived at my home at the scheduled time! When all was fixed and ready to go Rocky took his time and explained everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Aarow plumbing to all. Rocky did an outstanding job! He replaced old flex pipes into and out of the water heater using brass fittings vs. steel that won't corrode as easily. For a few extra bucks, he installed a cool drain that will be easy to use for flushing the water heater when I'm washing cars or filling the hot tub. Rocky was extremely professional, good natured, and fun to be around. Thanks a bunch, my new friend, and for all my future plumbing needs, I'll be calling on Aarow (even if you DO spell it weird!).

Robert replaced our water heater and did a fantastic job working with a small space. Rocky took care of our stopped up kitchen sink...showed up the same day we called and also fixed a problem with the bathroom sink. These guys are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great customer service at a great price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

we had them out to replace our hot water heater. The tech arrived within scheduled time frame and was very courteous. We got other estimates from home depot and lowe's but we were still on the fence. When the tech looked at our old water heater, he explained the building codes have changed over the last 20 years and we would need to have some code updating done to be in compliance with the city, consisting of some minor vent piping, a sediment trap being installed on our gas connection of the water heater, and our temperature and pressure relief valve needed to be "hard piped" with a union instead of the flexible line used prior. When we asked home depot and lowes about the updating, they said they do not do updating and that the updates would need to be done before they could install. Our estimate from aarow included everything, even haul away! There prices were on point and competitive. I am sure glad we found a company as honest and informative as aarow. We subsequently had them do the work and couldn't be happier. We will recommend them to all our friends and family. Thanks again for a job well done.

We were looking for a new plumber to test our back flow valve and found aarow plumbing. They were very prompt at getting back to us. The tech that came out was professional, polite, and explained the service he was performing. We found there rates to be fair and will use them for all our future testing and plumbing needs.
