Bait and switch. Call them out to attempt 2 once and for all unplug align that they had earlier cleared. Talked on the phone and I was given assurances that they would take care of the problem and there would be no charge. They then arrive and I am advised that they would have to charge me. They squeezed me in because they knew time was short for me and that I was trying to get a repair done before leaving town. I feel they took advantage of me. Lying and deceitful and unprofessional is the best way to sum up the way I was treated. Absolutely do not recommend anybody who would act in such an unprofessional manner

Unfortunately, we did not have success with this plumber. We work with a lot of trades people managing a large number of properties and we felt we were overcharged. The bill was $225 to snake a drain and the drain was not cleared after he left. We attempted to resolve the issue over the phone to at least adjust the invoice to a more reasonable amount, but we were not able to come to a mutually agreeable solution so we simply paid the bill. To be fair, we did not get a quote prior to starting the work because he came as a referral.

This is the only plumber I will use. The owner, Calvin, is honest, efficient, and does quality work. He arrives on time-every time and does a great job.

I called for service,got a reasonable quote..he came out(on Time) did the service..charged the quote he gave me..didn't try to upsale anthing and went on to his next call. I will use him again and refer him to everyone!!!
