First off, I'm super skeptical about any service company servicing residential. I am an architect and own a General Contracting company. I would use A1 again.
Glenda was great on my 1st and only call to the office. Bill in the office let me use a coupon to avoid the 'trip' charge. Joel, the technician, was super friendly and fixed the door with no hassle and no trying to up sell (although he did ask if I wanted a new spring or bottom seal). I'm glad to see a company taking good care of people...It will come back to them 10-fold.
Great team, good guys! I can count on them when I need them. While my garage was being looked at my neighbor had a problem with being stuck and the A1 tech was kind enough to go over and help him. Good thing as he is older and alone and could not fix it on his own. Great job and I will continue to recommend and call when needed.
Great service. I shopped around for a couple of days looking for a brand new garage door and opener. Tom was able to beat everyone else's price and get the job done the same day I called! I would definitely recommend them.
The technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly. One of the springs had broken on my 2nd garage door. Fast and reasonably priced. I would do business with them again.
