I decided I wanted a brand-new, extremely quiet garage door opener with wifi compatibility. I rang up A1 Garage Door Service, They sent Jonathan and he showed up in the same day. Long story short, Jonathan did a great job installing this awesome top of the line opener. I’m Very happy! it’s awesome and QUIET. He even went above & beyond and lubed everything up for me. I would definitely call this place again. Go A1!

I found these guys online. They had the most positive reviews and lived up to those positive reviews. A1 was on time. A1 repaired my garage door at what I considered to be a fair cost and did not try to persuade me to buy a brand-new garage door. A1 also did maintenance on my second, smaller garage door during his visit. I definitely recommend them. Nice Job.

My garage Door was always opening & closing by itself. I called A1 Garage Door service. They arrived promptly as scheduled. The service tech attempted to adjust the setting to no avail. My system was 18 years old, so he recommended a new one, which he had on his truck, brand new in the box, ready to go. He installed it, and so now had it up & running for 3 months now with zero problems. Their service was great, great company. I highly recommend A1.

My garage door began to bend and collapse in the center causing it to be very difficult to close. Several weeks later of trying to repair it myself, I tapped out and was resigned that I would be forced to fork over thousands of dollars for a new door. I contacted A1 Garage Door Service, and I'm so happy I did. Friday I called and the lady told me she could schedule me for Saturday, 9am in the morning. As stated, A1 called me when he was 15 minutes away, arrived up 8:40 on the nose. He diagnosed & repaired my door in less than one hour for a totally fair price, less than what I was expecting to pay. He also found several other problems with my door (broken hinges, missing bolts) and fixed them for free. He also took the time to adjust my side-railing and lube my rollers, no extra charge. Then, Peter showed me how to properly maintain my garage door. I was impressed with the service, price, & integrity, that I asked Peter for more A1 stickers to distribute to the neighbors.

A1 Garage Door… They truly deserve all these fantastic, glowing reviews. Will absolutely call for maintenance AND service and to replace or second garage door opener. They had an opportunity to up-sell me one more but rather stated to hold off until it eventually fails. Thank you A1 for looking out for us.

We scheduled an appointment with A1 (on 4th of July!) to take a look at our garage door that was squeaking & popping like mad and would not close without much physical manual force. They showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. This guy replaced a few new bolts (that were missing)on the hinges, oiled up all our rollers and hinges and gave us a short class in proper maintenance. He charged us only for a basic service call even though it was a the Forth of July, which was very nice. I feel confident calling A1 garage door if our door starts acting up again. They are professional, prices and fair and the servicemen are very pleasant.

The garage door broke and cracked open only around 4 inches on Saturday morning…with my car stuck in the garage. In a panic, I was calling people and no one could fix it or even look at it for a few days. Luckily, A1 Garage Door answered my call and said could be there that early afternoon! They sent a man named Peter, and he even arrived a tad early and called before with his arrival time. Peter got out & looked at everything, got to work, and had the door fixed and operational in under 90 minutes. He even went over all the moving parts and tightened hinges and switched out the dead light bulb. He gave me useful maintenance instructions for future issues as they occur as well. I would definately recommend them and call them again if I ever have garage door problems again. Also, I must tell you, they have many coupons out there if you look around, to save some money!

We closed the garage door, and it hit the hand truck that was nearby the door. One of the wheels on the door came off track and the door was closing diagonally. We couldn't close it all the way, either. While trying to undo the damage, we also noticed the wire that was on the side of the door got all tangled up.



As this happened 1 am on a Saturday night, we called A1 Garage Door Service Sunday morning. Since they were booked, we made an appointment. I was told they'll be here 8-9 am, and Chris showed up little after 8. As soon as he saw the door, he knew what happened, and started working at it. Within 30 min, he straightened the door, put the wheel in track, untangled the wire, and made sure it closes level. We were impressed how professional and fast he was. The door now closes smoother and quieter than before! They also installed new torsion springs. These guys are awesome for Flagstaff garage door repair.



At a very reasonable price, he also gave me a 1 year warranty on his work. I highly, highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.
